I was very disappointed with the level of services I got from this company. They advertise themselves as the highest standard cleaning services, but the level of services I have got from them was very poor.I have ordered End of tenancy cleaning which I was sure meant that apartment would be cleaned thoroughly and properly. But I found that many of the basic things were missed - top of the cupboards in the kitchen were coveter with thick dust, all kitchen inbuilt electronics were untouched by the cleaners (inbuilt washing machine doors were dirty from the outside), fridge and oven still contained traces of food and stains. To be honest I am completely shocked that they didn't bother about such basic stuff as fridge and kitchen cupboards! So after paying 200 pounds for the cleaning, I had to clean a lot of things by myself!On top of everything, cleaners didn't inform us when they were done with the cleaning and what time it was finished. We had to chase them and they said that they send text when finished, but we didnt get anything, no text or emails confirming job was done.Update - even though I have requested partial refund repeatedly, I didnt receive any compensation for poorly done job.read more
